Q: What form of payments do you accept? A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Q: I won't be home but my son/daughter will be there is that ok? Q: What type of information can i send you through an email? A: If you are using your computer and all of a sudden you get an error message, you could write it down or copy it and send it to us, this will give us an idea of what may be wrong with your system. Also, you could include the make and model of your computer, and a short description of what it does or doesn't do. And one more thing, you could also provide us with your address.
