PCTEKS ONCALL is ready to handle all of your IT needs. Not only do we handle computer repairs and network installations but we also do website design and graphic design which includes logos, digital photography, photo editing, flyers, invitations, business card design, etc. Are you a business in need of a datasbase? PCTEKS ONCALL also does Database development, we are your ONE STOP for all your IT needs.
Fees:
$50.00 an hour for residential clients. This fee is charged should you place a service call to PCTEKS for any services that are not included in our service list. This may include service calls placed for Database development, software issues, tutoring, replacement of parts.
$75.00 an hour for commercial clients. This fee is charged should you place a service call to PCTEKS for any services that are not included in our service list. This may include service calls placed for consultation for a new network, cabling, issues with your current network, database development, replacement of parts. The service list for commercial clients differs from the one presented below. Please email us at helpdesk@pcteksoncall.com to receive a complete list of services available to commercial clients.
